Processing & Handling
How long does it take to process my Amazon FBA and Walmart WFS inventory?
Our standard processing time is 24-48 hours upon receipt of your inventory. This timeline may vary depending on the volume and complexity of your shipment. For high-volume orders or specialized handling, please contact us for a specific timeframe. We also offer express processing options for urgent shipments at an additional fee.
How do I send my inventory to your prep center?
You can ship your inventory directly to our facility using any carrier of your choice. Once you've enrolled in our services, we'll provide you with our receiving address and specific instructions. You'll need to provide us with tracking information and details about your shipment so we can properly receive and process your items. We accept shipments from both domestic and international suppliers.
What happens if you discover damaged or defective products?
If we identify damaged or defective products during our inspection process, we'll notify you immediately with details and photographic documentation. You can then decide whether to have these items returned to you, disposed of, or in some cases, repaired (if the service is available). We never ship damaged or defective products to Amazon or Walmart fulfillment centers without your explicit approval.
Labeling & Packaging
Do I need to provide my own FBA and WFS labels?
No, we can generate and print all necessary FBA and WFS labels for your products. We simply need access to your Amazon and Walmart seller accounts or you can provide us with the label files. If your products require specific brand labels or packaging inserts, you can either send these with your inventory or have them shipped directly to our facility.
What packaging materials do you use?
We use high-quality, marketplace-compliant packaging materials including poly bags in various sizes, bubble wrap, air pillows, shrink wrap, and sturdy corrugated boxes. All our materials meet Amazon's and Walmart's specific requirements for different product types. If your products need specialized packaging, we can accommodate most requests or you can provide your own branded packaging materials.
Can you create product bundles?
Yes, we offer product bundling services. We can combine multiple items into a single sellable unit according to your specifications. This includes proper packaging, labeling with the bundle FNSKU or WFS label, and ensuring the bundle meets all marketplace requirements. Let us know your bundling needs, and we'll provide you with a custom quote based on the complexity of the bundle.
Shipping & Logistics
Do you ship directly to Amazon and Walmart fulfillment centers?

We can use your existing Amazon and Walmart partnered carrier accounts or our own shipping accounts. We always aim to minimize your shipping costs while ensuring timely delivery.
How do you determine which fulfillment center to ship to?
For Amazon shipments, we create shipment plans through your Seller Central account, and Amazon determines the appropriate fulfillment centers based on your inventory and their current distribution needs. For Walmart WFS shipments, we follow Walmart's distribution requirements. We always organize shipments to minimize split shipments and reduce costs whenever possible.
Do you provide tracking information for shipments?
Yes, we provide tracking information for all shipments sent to Amazon and Walmart fulfillment centers. You'll receive notification when your shipment is processed and shipped, including all tracking numbers and carrier information. You can also track the status of your shipments through your seller accounts once we've entered the shipping information.
Quality Control
What quality control processes do you have in place?
We conduct thorough quality checks on all products, including inspection for damage, verification of item counts, and proper functioning if applicable. Our quality control process ensures your products meet both Amazon's and Walmart's strict standards. We document our findings with photos when necessary and provide you with detailed reports. Our goal is to identify and resolve any issues before your products reach the fulfillment centers.
How do you handle inventory discrepancies?
If we discover any discrepancies between the expected inventory and what we actually receive, we'll notify you immediately with documentation. We maintain accurate records of all inventory received, processed, and shipped, and we can provide detailed reports upon request. In case of significant discrepancies, we work with you and your suppliers to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
